Commercial painting in Broward County

Commercial painting for any building, at any size

A tenant suite on one floor and a tower on the beach share one fact: the scope is decided by the surface, the access and the people inside, not by the paint can. Pick the building closest to yours, or call and describe it.

How a job runs

The same order, whatever the building

  1. Send the address and the surfaces

Call, or use the quote form with photos or drawings. Tell us what gets painted, who is inside, and any deadline.

  2. We walk the building

We look at the surfaces and their condition, the access each elevation needs, and what has to stay protected.

  3. Written scope and quote

The quote names the prep, the coating system, the access method, the phasing and what depends on approvals.

  4. Approvals and permits

Color or board approval, any city permit the work triggers, and access or security clearances are settled first.

  5. Prep and coating

Washing, repairs, primer and finish coats follow the agreed sequence, with areas below protected while work is overhead.

  6. Punch list and turnover

We walk the finished work with you, close the punch list, and hand over the coating record for the building file.

Questions

Before you call

What size of painting job will you take on?

Any size. We quote one tenant suite, a single stairwell or a storefront, and we quote a full tower exterior, a warehouse park or an airport concourse. Tell us the building and the surfaces, and we will scope the job as described.

Does commercial painting need a permit?

It depends on the city and the work. The Florida Building Code's no-permit list does not mention painting, several Broward cities review commercial repaints through a paint or color process, and repairs or work in the right-of-way can add permits. We confirm what applies with the city before the work starts.

What about lead paint on an older building?

Paint applied before 1978 can contain lead. Federal EPA rules on renovation, repair and painting cover work that disturbs paint in pre-1978 housing and in child-occupied facilities, and where they apply the work is done by a certified firm with lead-safe practices. We check the building's age and use before the scope is written.
