Romco Commercial Painting is the painting line of Romco Builders, a licensed Florida general contractor founded in 2015 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.
Romco is a construction company. A repaint on an occupied commercial building is a construction job in miniature: a scope, a schedule, access equipment, safety, inspections and turnover. We run it that way.
We quote commercial painting on any building type and at any size, from one tenant suite to a full tower exterior. Every quote starts from the building: the surfaces, their condition, how the crews reach them, and who is inside while the work goes on.
We do not run hospitals, schools, hotels or airports. We quote the painting of those buildings, and the pages on this site describe how that kind of job is run, not a list of past clients.

- We do not name paint brands, coating warranties or certifications on this site. The coating system for your building is named in its written scope.
